A practice that nurtures self-care, self-expression, self-awareness, & a celebration of showing up! A global community participating in daily, weekly, monthly, & yearly gatherings promoting & fostering connection, healing, belonging, support, & motivation through movement & meditation. The goal is always one… to muv (a moment to move and a moment to meditate), the benefits are multiple. Each session has its intention & direction; select the journey you are looking for at each activation. There are soft & supportive sessions or more up-beat/higher-energy mindfully guided sessions. We have different offerings for the distinct versions & ways you’ll need to show up.

When we give ourselves the opportunity to move our body as we stretch, exercise, move, bounce, shake, and dance… we give ourselves the opportunity for our mind to pause from thinking ‘whats next’. Instead, it lets us BE in the ‘NOW’. In the present moment.. and that’s the gift, the present moment at every session.

So happy to have you here! My name is Daisy Adato Brugna, founder and maestra of muv meditations. I look forward to meeting you and together elevating our mental & physical wellness.

MÜV MEDITATIONS is a mindfully guided movement as meditation practice. A restorative and ecstatic experience journeying through music, motivation, movement and meditation. Moments to sit, stretch, strengthen, shake, smile & shine brighter than ever in a communal gathering of mindful & playful dancing & meditating.

My desire for our community and guests are for all of us to MÜV more, encourage a healing practice and to help us calm our mind. MÜV sessions are guided with the resolution to relax, release, re-connect, and reboot our self-care. Elevating our wellness by, motivating our mood in the present moment by carefully curated music & sound paired with movement & meditation.

Classes aren’t choreography based. You aren’t coming here to learn how to dance. You are joining us to MÜV through a meditation practice and dance how it comes naturally to you. If you aren't big on dancing…you can jump, wiggle, walk, workout, do push-ups, whatever it is… the point is to mindfully move your body and receive a meaningful meditation to rest the mind. Give it a break, while you focus on the flow.

You get to move how you want and feel. We’ll guide certain exercises and encourage e-motions to naturally release through self-expression, self-awareness, & this form of self-care. Whether the vibe is of an up-beat happy, smiling & shining or it’s a more mellow & sad tone, we are here. Laughing, crying and releasing.. all are welcome at every session.

We may have written many words above; but in summary, this is a FEEL-AMAZING re-charging meditation practice in motion, leaving you inspired & ignited with a nourished nervous system for life’s on the mat and off the mat moments.

MÜV in hospitality

We have chosen to focus our partnerships with hotels to provide MÜV MEDITATIONS as part of a top notch wellness offering for guests to participate and receive an elevated mindful movement meditation experience at the hotel. We’ve created weekly workshops & events as a means of meditation, mindfulness, and motivation. Workout and work within, allowing MÜV MEDITATIONS as your wonder-wall of support; to uplift and increase your happiness hormones of the present moment while being inspired at these hotels.

Women on the MÜV is our target audience. Whether it be traveling, working and hustling, raising a fam… or all the above! This is who we resonate with most. Our growing community & it’s members don’t just end there though; we are an inclusive community with open arms to all guests seeking to feel their best all around with our self-care practice and fitness fun. MÜV MEDITATIONS is a practice with guided dance as therapy. Workshops and events integrated with wellness and fitness techniques lead by MÜV mentors.

MÜV at home

MÜV at home invites & encourages you to put together a group & have private workshops hosted at your home. Some prefer having this experience on a more private level. If you are interested in having MÜV at your home, please contact us for info & availability.

MÜV MEDITATIONS gives your full permission to be YOU. To find and BE yourself as YOU dance, move, meditate, and exercise without judgement. We’ll dance like no one is watching and MÜV and meditate with the flow. MÜV MEDITATIONS mentors guide you through light breath work practices and soft stretching to prepare your mind and body to MÜV with ease and excitement, carefully. Classes are followed by a full body-scan, and leads us into a free-flowing-full-on dance party!

MÜV FOR SCHOOLS

The M.P.E (mental and physical empowerment) program for schools is offered to kindergarden, elementary, middle, & high schools. A unique & custom meditation through movement method that is facilitated for students, staff, & parents. We have 2 modules offered for schools to select from; having a certified MÜV maestra lead live sessions at your school or have your staff trained with our method to lead the program themselves. This is a mindfulness practice that uses silent disco headsets making the program less ‘noisy’, more intimate, and helps practitioners stay in ‘their zone’. Yoga may not be a practice for every student. Sitting in stillness meditations neither, learning how to dance might not interest all students. MÜV is a practice that ecompasses movement, motivation and meditation. A self-care practice with the P.E system offered as mental & physical education/empowerment. Helping calm nervous systems, uplifting spirits, and motivating emotions as a regulating tool for the present moment through carefully curated sounds, music, & guidance.

PARTY W/ MÜV

Mindful movement at your next party! A guided movement & dance as meditation practice that is exhilarating and motivating. Party-goers will have their headphones filled with curated music to energize the moment or live DJs taking them on a journey of fun and motivation. Sometimes people need a little extra courage and these guided party playlists and programs help us get out of our mind and into our bodies. The goal while wearing our muv silent headphones is to MUV more and stress less one step at a time… literally. Bridal showers, birthdays, bachelorettes, ceremonies & community gatherings, retreats, weddings, corporate events and seminars, it’s time to level up and elevate your wellness at your next party!
